Description Registered Nurse- Community Mental Health- The Cottage

Based in Otahuhu, The Cottage works within a culturally diverse community providing assessment, treatment and support to people who experience mental illness. We are a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team of 40+ skilled professionals in the process of developing new initiatives.

Within this service we currently have registered nurses positions available:

* Registered Nurse/Keyworker Monday to Friday Ref: 016595

* Crisis Nurse, permanent - 4.2 roster Ref: 016598

* Crisis Nurse- Fixed Term contract 4.2 roster Ref: 015832

You will have a minimum of two years post graduate mental health experience, be recovery focused, and have exceptional assessment, treatment and intervention skills. You will also have the ability to work both autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team, along with a thorough understanding and commitment to the Treaty of Waitangi. A valid Annual Practising Certificate and driver’s licence is essential.
